While we unfortunately cannot pick up guest from the city, we do provide all transportation once you arrive at the port. If you have a large group or small children and would feel more comfortable meeting one of us at the terminal, we can arrange a location to meet you in the city so you aren't traveling alone.
From Panama city you will want to follow the following instructions to arrive at the port where we will be waiting for you:
1)Go to the Albrook Terminal in Panama City and ask an official terminal worker where you can find the "Panama/Chilibre" bus. In spanish this is, "Donde esta el bus Panama/Chilibre."
2)The Panama/Chilibre bus will cost US $1 and the ride last around an hour. You will be getting off at the last stop the bus makes in a place called "El 20." While this leg of the journey is perfectly safe, we recommend that you keep your belongings with you and in sight throughout the duration of the bus trip.
3)After getting off the bus, you should see nearby several yellow taxis waiting to pick up passangers. Choose one that is yellow and has taxi markings and ask to be taken to "Puerto Vijia." In Spanish, this is, "Por favor traigame al Puerto Vijia." This taxi ride should not be more than $1 per person, and may be cheaper if traveling in a group.
4)Once you arrive at the port, we will be waiting for you!
